York Gardens Senior Community receives 2012 Top Project Award by Finance & Commerce.

The publication selected 26 projects for its 5th annual edition of the awards. The projects are judged for their degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts.

York Gardens is located in a community of prominent values for quality of homes and amenities. These benchmarks influenced the design, creating a lavish and familiar home setting for seniors from the area. High quality woodwork, stained glass features, elaborate, yet functional fabrics and classic finishes, create a timeless, beautiful home that residents and their families are accustomed to. The building exterior was carefully designed to fit within the context of the existing 7500 York campus, but to also convey a residential scale and style.
