Excitement is Building: Staff tour Fieldstone of DeWitt

Last week, WellSpire care providers and team members from the Westwing Place community in DeWitt, toured the new senior living community that is under construction.

The Fieldstone of DeWitt community is a new assisted living community that offers memory support, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services designed on a 15 acre site. Fieldstone will replace existing Westwing Place, a 50 year-old care center located at Genesis Medical Center.

“There’s so much space…. It was awesome to get a feel for it,” said WellSpire Westwing Place Administrator Chelsey Killean to The Observer DeWitt publication.

The new community boasts 95,000 square feet, and the design emphasizes communal living and home-like comforts.

Fieldstone of DeWitt will open in Summer 2022.
