Summit Orthopedics’ new Eagan location will open in February 2017

Summit Orthopedics new Eagan location is on its way to completion by February 2017.

The new 3-story, 90,000 sq. ft. medical office building started construction in March, and Summit Orthopedics will be its only tenant.

Finance & Commerce reported on the building’s progress. “The steel structure of the building is complete and site work is about half done, according to project developer MSP Commercial of Eagan. MSP President Alex Young said the building location at the southwest quadrant of the Interstate 494 and Pilot Knob Road will attract attention.”
