Deliciousness coming soon! Wuollet Bakery’s new commercial baking facility

Wuollet Bakery has been producing and selling well-respected pastries, breads and baked goods across the Twin Cities for over 75 years. To improve efficiency and grow production, Wuollet is building a new commercial baking, manufacturing and wholesale production facility in St. Paul.
The 3 acre site is part of the Port Authority’s Beacon Bluff Business Center (the former 3M world headquarters campus).
Wuollet was founded in the 1940s and maintains retail bakeshops in St. Paul, Minneapolis, Edina, Robbinsdale and Wayzata. Construction is anticipated to start in early 2022, and to open by early 2023.

- Structural Engineer: IMEG
- Food Service Equipment: Sharpe Engineering
