Coralis Rodriguez Promoted to Associate at Pope Design Group

Pope Design Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Architect and Project Designer Coralis Rodriguez to Associate, effective January 1, 2023. The advancement of Coralis to a firm leader is recognition of her contributions to the firm and the design industry, along with her commitments to clients, partners, and peers.
“Everyone who works with Cori cherishes her approach, design vision and ability to balance each person’s perspective,” said Erica Larson, Vice President. “The addition of Cori to our leadership team will continue to enhance our firm’s commitment to people-centered design and elevate services to our clients and the community.”
Coralis (Cori) Rodriguez Torres, AIA, NCARB is a Project Designer and Architect (MN) and part of Pope Design Group’s healthcare and affordable housing practices. Cori started with the firm in 2016 and quickly developed as a natural leader on project teams and as a mentor for her colleagues. She has held Associate Director roles on both the AIA Minnesota and AIA St. Paul Boards, and was a 2021 Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lab participant. Cori is a leader on several of Pope’s internal committees and is the firm’s Hearts & Hammers volunteer team coordinator.
Her imprint at Pope has included design work on Summit Orthopedics Lakeville Clinic, The Flats at Malcolm Yards, The Linden Senior Apartments, Mille Lacs Health System Expansion, PrairieCare Brooklyn Park Hospital Expansion and Aris Clinic Woodwinds. Cori earned a degree in Architecture from Iowa State University.
