Cool Offices: Wagner SprayTech

Wagner SprayTech expansion and renovation was showcased in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Cool Offices feature.

Wagner SprayTech is a global market leader in the advanced paint applicators and tools industry. The company’s North American Headquarters is located on a 17-acre campus in Plymouth and was originally built in the 1970s. The building wasn’t accurately reflecting the company’s brand or products. The interior environment presented an obstacle to encouraging collaboration, recruiting new talent, and showcasing product innovations to customers.

Starting in 2014, and through a multi-year, phased effort completed in October 2018, Wagner SprayTech’s headquarters was transformed and rebuilt into a modern, motivating workplace that engages employees and supports client interactions.

The redesigned environment enhances the company’s team culture, offering opportunities for collaboration and interaction among employees, progressing innovation in product design, and creating value for each of Wagner’s customers.
