Construction Celebrations

Summer weather certainly doesn’t disappoint as we come together with clients and partners to celebrate the kick-off and completion of construction and bringing resources one step closer to serving their communities.
Here are a few of the recent and upcoming celebrations:
HallMar Village | Marion, Iowa
HallMar Village is a new inclusive community for older adults and those living with chronic conditions northeast of Cedar Rapids, Iowa that was developed through the partnership of Mercy – Cedar Rapids-based healthcare provider, and Presbyterian Homes & Services – a national leader in housing and services for older adults. Situated on approximately 40 acres, the community will provide a full range of housing and services for the rapidly growing population of older adults in eastern Iowa. HallMar Village will open in 2023.

Tabitha at Prairie Commons | Grand Island, Nebraska
The new Tabitha at Prairie Commons Senior Living community is part of a mixed use development with Grand Island Regional Medical Center and Prairie Commons Medical Office Building. Tabitha – a Nebraska-based nonprofit providing senior care, home health and hospice care services partnered with Minnesota-based Senior Housing Partners as its development consultant. Prairie Commons includes a full continuum of living options to support residents as they live, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Prairie Commons will open for residents in 2022.

Summit Orthopedics Lakeville Clinic | Lakeville, Minnesota
Summit Orthopedics provides the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota with comprehensive orthopedic care. The new Lakeville location offers a convenient destination with advanced subspecialty orthopedic, sports and spine care, as well as walk-in orthopedic urgent care. Summit Lakeville clinic will open in January 2022.

Ecumen Pathstone Latitude | Mankato, MN
Ecumen Pathstone is an established senior living community in southern Minnesota. To better serve its residents, Ecumen expanded the campus with a 3-story addition to offer the full continuum of care with independent living and additional memory care. Located on the44th Parallel North, the independent living community is named Latitude and features a fitness center, activity rooms, club room, and an outdoor terrace that overlooks the beautiful Minnesota River Valley. Latitude is celebrating its grand opening this month.
