C.H. Robinson Eden Bluff campus continues to grow

Construction of C.H. Robinson’s Eden Bluff Building III is taking shape.  This building is the next phase of the company’s corporate campus in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

The collaboration of Pope Architects, C.H. Robinson and United Properties on the Eden Bluff campus began in 2005 with the interior design of Eden Bluff Building I.   Following that, Pope worked with C.H. Robinson to master plan growth on the corporate campus, which overlooks the scenic Minnesota river valley in Eden Prairie.

Next, the team developed the company’s corporate headquarters, Eden Bluff II, which was completed in 2007.  To continue to implement the master plan, Pope Architects continued to work with C.H. Robinson to develop additional projects, and most recently the new Eden Bluff Building III.  This new facility will provide the campus with an additional 81,100 sq. ft. of office space, with flexibility for current technology.

RJM Construction is the builder.  Construction is expected to be complete by December of this year.
