Wednesday, October 18th, 2017
Cerenity Senior Care Marian of St. Paul will be starting construction this fall on a phased renovation of its 123,000 sq. ft. skilled nursing and assisted living campus.
Pope Architects’ housing team has been partnered with Benedictine Health System, Cerenity and Yanik to modernize the interior and provide more space and privacy for residents.
The community will increase the amount of private skilled nursing rooms and add private bathrooms, and minimize the amount of assisted living units. The design will also integrate an expanded therapy area and develop a household design for the existing wings.
