Celebrating the F&C Top Projects of 2020

Friday, July 23rd, 2021

Pope Architects and our clients and partners joined the celebration for Finance & Commerce’s Top Projects of 2020.

On July 22, 2021, Finance & Commerce hosted an event to celebrate the 50 Top Projects honorees. Our teams enjoyed getting to celebrate the accomplishments of so many colleagues and partners, including the success of J.A. Wedum Foundation’s new Lexington Landing Senior Living development, and Wings Financial Credit Union’s headquarters renovation. It was a highlight as Lexington Landing was voted and selected as this year’s People’s Choice winner.

Lexington Landing Senior Living

Check out the F&C’s feature on Lexington Landing here.

Lexington Landing is a vibrant new senior living community that redevelops Saint Paul’s former “triangle site” on West 7th. Working collaboratively with the City of St. Paul and Ramsey County to implement their long- range plans of re- routing Lexington Parkway, the team split the 5.5 acre parcel in two phases. The first is a new five- story 154- unit senior living community blending independent living, assisted living and memory care services, with ample amenities like restaurant- style dining and bistro. This development is a new gateway to the Highland neighborhood and establishes an active senior lifestyle community that fits the urban streetscape.

Over 60,000 sq. ft. has been impacted, including the transformation of workspace, amenities, and branding elements on four floors.
