Capital Partners: 35W Logistics Center Project

Finance & Commerce featured Capital Partners’ latest industrial development, 35W Logistics Center located in Blaine at the southwest corner of Sunset Avenue and 109th Avenue Northeast.

The new 378,000 sq. ft. spec industrial/office development will feature two buildings with flexibility for multiple or single users. The buildings will have a clear height of 32′ and 210′ depth.

The development is on 27-acres on the edge of Blaine with visibility from I-35W, and will start construction in 2024.
