Brooklyn Park gives the green light

Friday, June 13th, 2014

In a decision on Wednesday, Brooklyn Park City Council approved Northcross Business Park, located on the southeast quadrant of highways 169 and 610.

Pope Architects has been working with United Properties to develop the land. Currently the Wurth Adams Nut & Bolt Co. project is underway at the location. Two more corporate buildings are in the works with potential to add an additional hotel or office space.

Two out of the three buildings will be “built-to-suit” meaning United Properties, and Pope Architects will be building with a specific tenant in mind.  United Properties has yet to disclose who the tenants will be in the additional buildings, but is said to be close to finalizing deals. Pope Architects will be providing architectural services for all the buildings.
