2024 NAIOP Awards of Excellence Winner – CF MOTO

Congratulations to the CFMOTO USA and Nathan Lane Business Center team for winning the 2024 NAIOP Award of Excellence. Pope Design Group was honored to be the architect and interior designer for CFMOTO USA’s tenant improvement design of the interiors for the CFMOTO USA Headquarters at this site.
CFMOTO USA relocated to this 105,000 SF location that combines operations, R&D, service, sales, marketing, warehouse and distribution. The interior transforms the experience for employees with high-end design features for multiple workstyles—flexible touchdown areas, conference rooms and sit-stand workstations, along with engaging amenities like a spacious breakroom and golf simulator.
The goal was to create a modern workplace in the new Nathan Lane Business Center development that supports a power sport company. CFMOTO’s environment mimics downtown core office suites, with engaging amenities, seamless technology, energetic branding and design features, all housed in an industrial suburban location.
