Nilfisk Americas and Wurth Adams construction shaping up

United Properties’ new Northcross Business Park is taking shape with the completion of PERBIX, and developing construction of Wurth Adams’ and Nilfisk Americas’ headquarters.

Nilfisk, a manufacturer of professional cleaning equipment will move its Americas headquarters from Plymouth to new facility in Brooklyn Park in early 2016. Nilfisk Americas employs about 300 in design, manufacturing and marketing.

Wurth Adams specializes in the distribution of fasteners to original equipment manufacturers in a variety of industries. The new facility will support the company’s U.S. operations and includes a two-story office and 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse.

PERBIX provides unique, one-of-a-kind, automated machine solutions from concept through installation. The company consolidated operations in the new 70,400 sq. ft. office/manufacturing/engineering building at Northcross in the spring.

Pope Architects provided architecture and interior design services for the 3 buildings, and R.J. Ryan Construction is the builder for the campus.
