Construction underway on several Pope Senior Living projects

Construction at Bethany Lutheran–Eagle Crest South and Guardian Angels Engel Haus in Albertville are both well underway.

Bethany Lutheran at Eagle Crest (not pictured) kicked off construction early this year. Located in La Crosse, WI, the new senior living facility will comprise of 144 units of continuing care. It is being built near the existing Bethany senior campus and Gunderson Lutheran Hospital. The Hospital leased 9 acres to Bethany for the new senior community, which is enhanced by its views of the nearby Swift Creek and adjacency to outdoor walking paths. Eagle Crest South is anticipated to be complete in Spring of 2015.

Guardian Angels Engel Haus in Albertville, MN (pictured) is well into the construction process and is anticipated to be completed Fall 2014. The facility includes 30 congregate living, 17 memory care, and 16 assisted living units. The units surround a town center space that will include a bistro, community room and club lounge.
