Thursday, March 20th, 2014

Pope Architects is pleased to announce that our healthcare team was selected to partner with Windom Area Hospital and Kraus-Anderson Construction Company on a $7 million expansion in Windom, Minnesota.

Windom Area Hospital, managed by Sanford Health, is planning to grow both its Outreach Clinic and Surgery Departments with an approximately 16,000 sq. ft. expansion. Pope Architects will work with the hospital and KA to create an efficient, patient-centered design solution. The project also includes relocating the hospital’s helipad.

The project design kicks off this month with site construction beginning in mid-May.  Building construction will begin this summer and is expected to be completed by Fall 2015.
