Woodbury Plaza is a 15-acre mixed-use retail site developed by HJ Development. Pope Design Group designed the mixed-use site with high-end exterior finishes to complement adjacent existing properties.
HealthEast is the largest tenant on the campus with a single-story, 18,000 sq. ft. medical office building. In addition, the campus has two 7,000 sq. ft. buildings for multiple tenants providing space for seven unique tenants ranging from dental clinics to food service. These versatile and unique spaces are brought together for a cohesive feel by their uniform exteriors.
