HJ Development’s Shoppes on 101 construction progress

Pope Architects is teamed with HJ Development on the new Shoppes on 101 retail building in Minnetonka, Minnesota.

The new center is adjacent to an existing Cub Foods grocery store located on the corner of Highway 101 and 7, and features 14,000 sq. ft. of retail space, including restaurants, paint store and salon.

Construction started in June and is progressing quickly.  Pope Architects provided architectural design services and Bauer Design Build is building the new retail center.
