Minnesota Senior Housing options are expanding rapidly

Wednesday, February 20th, 2013

The Star Tribune reports that Minnesota Senior Housing developments are sweeping across the Twin Cities.

Ebenezer, Volunteers of America and Presbyterian Homes were featured for their new developments in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.

Pope Architects is proud to be helping Minnesota seniors and senior living organizations provide  many options for quality living environments.

Volunteers of America’s Homestead at Anoka is opening the second phase of the campus at the end of February 2013.

Ebenezer Management Services opened Fountains at Hosanna! in Lakeville last fall.  The senior living campus is connected to the Hosanna! Lutheran Church, allowing residents to be a part of a larger faith-based, intergenerational community.

Presbyterian Homes started on the second phase of the Johanna Shores campus in Arden Hills.  The redevelopment of this site into a continuum of care campus is symbolic, as it was the organization’s first location, which opened in 1955.
