Polaris Expansion is Taking Shape

Polaris’ major expansion of it’s Wyoming, MN Product Development Center is on track to wrap up early this summer.

The project is more than doubling the Polaris’ facility and a recent aerial view shows the changes taking place on the 650-acre campus.  Photo provided by Polaris.

Ryan Companies and Pope Architects completed the original LEED® facility in 2005.  The same team is working on the 156,000 sq. ft. expansion.  It features more office space, testing, shop and showcase areas, as well as an enhanced visitor center and cafeteria.

As of the end of January 2013, exterior walls are complete and roofing is 90% done. Occupancy is expected for June 2013.
