Bielenberg Sports Center Expansion approved

Thursday, December 13th, 2012

The Bielenberg Sports Center expansion project continues to move ahead, as the City of Woodbury Planning Commission approves the project.  The Woodbury Bulletin reported the news.

The expansion will double the size of the existing field house, build a permanent structure, enhance the food service on a new upper level and fully equip the sports center with geothermal heating and cooling.

Pope Architects designed the expansion and Kraus-Anderson Construction Company is the builder. Construction is anticipated to begin in April 2013.

Enjoy a virtual tour of the project on the City’s website.
