Japan-based Matsuura Machinery moving to St. Paul

Finance and Commerce reported that Matsuura Machinery USA will be occupying 38,000 sq. ft. in the River Bend Business Center in St. Paul, MN.

Pope Architects has been working with Wellington Management and Matsurra on the design of the build-out of the new distribution center.  The company plans to open its new location in April 2013.

The campus begin in 2004 when the St. Paul Port Authority and Wellington started development of the speculative office/warehouse complex on the former petroleum tank farm along the Mississippi River. Pope designed the phased multiple-building campus.
