PHS Orchard Path Phase 3 Groundbreaking

Last week, Pope Design Group joined Senior Housing Partners and Presbyterian Homes & Services at Orchard Path in Apple Valley, MN to celebrate the groundbreaking of their Phase 3 expansion project.

Orchard Path is a Presbyterian Homes & Services senior living community offering independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments. Phase 3 expands the existing campus, adding a 140,932 SF, four-story building with 75 independent living units, a community room and patio connecting to trails and views of Cobblestone Lake.

This expansion to meet the growing demand for senior housing in the area reflects a commitment to providing quality living options for the community’s aging population.

The Orchard Path Phase 3 project stands as a testament to Apple Valley’s dedication to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community for all ages.
