MREJ 2025 Awards: PACT Charter School

Congratulations to all of Minnesota RE Journal’s Real Estate Awards finalists and winners. We join our client, Pact Charter School, and the entire project team in celebrating the honor of the Education and Daycare Award.

The Minnesota Real Estate Journal hosts an annual Real Estate Awards program that showcases the top achievements and developments in the state of the past year.

Pact Charter School

PACT Charter School is a public community-based charter school committed to the partnership between parents, students, and teachers. The new Secondary Campus accommodates a growing middle and high school student body. The 103,000 SF school  and campus features industrial art classrooms, an auditorium, football stadium, track, media center and gymnasium designed to double as a storm shelter. It also includes a wing dedicated to grade 6 students as a way to transition them into the middle school environment. The project included full-site development, with an outdoor athletic field and essential infrastructure to support both students and staff.
