Following a master planning process and after receiving moratorium exception approval from the State of Minnesota, Saint Therese collaborated with the City of Corcoran to purchase 13 acres adjacent to the City Hall for a new senior living campus. Saint Therese of Corcoran is the first phase of what will become the city’s new town center and downtown district. The community allows local residents to age in place and near their families with options for independent and assisted living apartments, and memory care services, all on one campus.

The walkable Saint Therese of Corcoran community includes an atrium and wellness corridor with a wellness center featuring a warm saltwater pool, salon, massage, gym with physical therapy, a variety of dining experiences, library, woodworking shop, golf simulator/theatre, outdoor amphitheater, a chapel with stained glass windows designed by a local artist, and an outdoor amphitheater for the whole community to enjoy.

Saint Therese is known as “Little Flower,” and this served as inspiration to the interior design elements, including vibrant pops of color, subtle and sophisticated application of floral design in fabric and tile, and accents of greenery.
