SOMIC Packaging and Forte Real Estate Partners selected Pope Design Group as the design team to plan a relocation and consolidation of their North American Headquarters at InverPoint Business Park. The facility includes an expansive manufacturing floor and an enlarged area for warehousing of critical parts and consumables, over 10,000 sq. ft. of administrative space and a second floor mezzanine space for future office requirements.
An open and modern entry incorporates brand elements, architectural details and statement lighting and is framed in full height glass allowing ample natural light and views to the exterior. A tour path through the office showcases SOMIC’s process and products to customers. Improved configuration and flow of office space, high-finish conference rooms with new technology capabilities, strategically placed collaborative spaces in high impact locations and views onto the production floor combine to create a comfortable and welcoming environment.
