Eagle Crest Groundbreaking

Congratulations to Bethany Lutheran Homes on the groundbreaking of the Eagle Crest North expansion in Onalaska, Wisconsin.
Last week, we joined Bethany Lutheran Homes, Bauer Design Build and other project team members to celebrate the start of construction on a 161,764-square-foot, five-story addition to the Eagle Crest North community.
Eagle Crest North is a continuum of care community located on over 11 acres of land overlooking Lake Onalaska. Eagle Crest Communities, a trade name of Bethany Lutheran Homes, is the largest non-profit provider of senior healthcare services in western Wisconsin with rehabilitation and skilled nursing, independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 10 locations. Eagle Crest North was established in 2007 and features independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments.
The addition of 87 luxury senior living apartments is scheduled for completion in January 2026. Bright, spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments will feature abundant windows, decks & patios, fireplaces, walk-in showers, in-house laundry rooms, quartz countertops, pantries, upscale appliances, and contemporary finishes. Many floorplans include a sunroom or den. Underground heated parking or individual garages will be available along with electric car charging stations. New amenities will include a virtual sports lounge with golf simulator; game room with shuffleboard, billiards and darts; woodworking shop; second floor garden; club lounge; second floor library and second floor fitness center.
