2024 NAIOP Awards of Excellence Winner – Commerce Logistics Center

Last week, NAIOP hosted the annual awards program celebrating commercial real estate in Minnesota by selecting exceptional developments in diverse industries. We’re excited to share that Commerce Logistics Center, Mendota Heights, MN was the Winner of the Industrial – Bulk Distribution category.

A local developer had the opportunity to redevelop an office site at 1500 Commerce Drive in Mendota Heights into an industrial property. This project included demolition of an existing building to create a new 167,426 sq. ft. speculative industrial building. The industrial building features 32’ clear height and entrances for multiple tenant suites. The building is set up for a mix of office, manufacturing and warehouse uses. The enclosure is structural bearing precast concrete panels.
