2024 NAIOP Awards of Excellence Winner – Bhatti GI

Last week, NAIOP hosted the annual awards program celebrating commercial real estate in Minnesota by selecting exceptional developments in diverse industries. We’re excited to share that Bhatti GI Ambulatory Surgery Center & Clinic, Edina, MN was the Winner of the Medical/Medical Office category.
Congrats to all of this year’s NAIOP Minnesota Awards of Excellence honorees and winners!
Bhatti GI Consultants, P.A. is lead by Dr. Ahsan Bhatti who specializes in gastroenterology and the treatment of digestive diseases. To expand services to patients, Bhatti GI teamed with MSP Commercial to help them redevelop the site of an existing 1970s office building with a new 3-story ambulatory surgery center. The building provides below grade parking for staff and ground-level parking for patients. The second floor operates as a full-service gastrointestinal specialty clinic, and the third floor is an ambulatory surgery center, complete with five operating rooms, labs and post-op/pre-op recovery rooms.
