Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe Senior Living Community Celebrates Groundbreaking

Earlier this month, Pope Design Group joined Vista Prairie and other project team members at a groundbreaking ceremony for the Eagle Pointe Senior Living Community in St. Francis, Minnesota. This project will bring 135 units of much needed senior housing to the community’s 8,500 residents.

“We’re excited to support Vista Prairie to bring the Eagle Pointe Senior Living to the tight-knit community of St. Francis. This new campus will allow aging residents to remain in the community that many of them have called home their entire lives,” said Ward Isaacson, president of Pope Design Group.

Eagle Pointe includes 59 independent living, 43 assisted living, 24 memory care and eight “care suite” homes. Amenities include a gazebo, beauty salon, bistro, club lounge, theatre, restaurant-style dining and wellness center.

The community is anticipated to welcome its first residents by late Fall 2025.
