“Spirit of Brandtjen” Farm is a unique mixed-use development of over 2,000 homes and 150,000 sq. ft. of complimentary commercial/retail space on 520 acres. The first phase was the renovation and adaptive reuse of a 1920s era dairy barn.
Pope Design Group was engaged to adapt the barn into a vibrant community center while retaining the character of its past life. An addition to the back of the barn creates a dramatic view of the outdoor pool area and the lake beyond.
