Zac Rosenow is an Associate, Senior Project Designer and Architect (MN) at Pope Design Group. He is a design leader with over 14 years of experience on a wide range of project types and a focus on housing design.

In his leadership role, Zac taps into his background as an entrepreneur (he used to own a residential design firm) to help guide input on business matters and drive success for each client. He collaborates with clients and the design team to discover creative solutions for even the most challenging sites; solutions that are complex, but not complicated.  Zac looks forward to every grand opening when the full team – developers, designers, building partners and communities – can celebrate with the new residents.

Zac is a member of Pope’s sustainability-focused ENVISION team, working to improve the legacy of architecture on the environment. His design philosophy was influenced by a semester abroad in Rome where he could see the Pantheon from his dorm room, and watching it survive a 6.8 magnitude earthquake emphasized architecture’s impact on humanity and the importance of getting it right.

When he’s not working, Zac loves to spend time with his family in the great outdoors where he’s committed to passing on his love of fishing (and storytelling about the one that got away).

Zac is a registered Architect in Minnesota.
