Trillium Woods Planning Expansion in Plymouth

Last week, Trillium Woods and Life Care Services announced a $56 million expansion at its Plymouth, Minnesota Life Plan community.

The community opened in 2017, and the expansion will add 52 independent living apartments, 18 assisted assisted living apartments and 16 private memory care studios.

Trillium is owned and managed by Des Moines, Iowa-based Life Care Services.
