2022 NAIOP Awards: InverPoint Business Park – Building #3

Congrats to all of this year’s NAIOP Minnesota Awards of Excellence nominees and honorees. We celebrate with our our client and project team for winning the AOE honor for InverPoint Business Park – Building #3.

The NAIOP Minnesota Awards of Excellence celebrates commercial real estate in Minnesota by selecting exceptional developments in diverse industries. Judges toured (virtually) each nomination and evaluated them on project development, function and design, architectural integrity, market feasibility, sustainable attributes and unique project challenges.

InverPoint Business Park – Building #3

With the growing need for industrial space in the Twin Cities, United Properties is executing its long-term plans for 45 acres in the south metro city of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. The new InverPoint Business Park is planned to house five buildings that will total over 460,000 sq. ft. of office/industrial space when complete. With visibility and immediate access to Highway 55, the site is positioned as a great location for a wide range of users.

Building #3 is a new 108,o00 sq. ft. office/warehouse building designed with flexibility for multiple tenants.
