Spectrum Plastics Group is a global leader in the design, prototyping and development of medical devices. As the company was experiencing substantial growth, they needed to understand their space needs and real estate options. Spectrum partnered with Pope Design Group and Cushman & Wakefield to conduct a programming study and property evaluation. Understanding their needs and options, Spectrum embarked on a renovation and expansion project.
The project goals included modernizing office areas to attract and retain top talent, modifying and expanding production spaces to reflect current and future needs, and updating the exterior of the building to better reflect Spectrum’s brand identity.
The project included 20,000 sq. ft. of office renovation, new ISO 7 rated cleanroom and exterior renovations, with all improvements happening while the facility was occupied.
