Tuesday, October 19th, 2021

Last month, the Minnesota Chapter of NAIOP selected 16 projects as the 2021 Awards of Excellence. Twin Cities Business featured each winning project in a special feature linked here.

Pope Architects is honored to celebrate with our clients and project partners in recognition of two recently completed projects: Shakopee Veteran Affairs Clinic and Cassia Haven Homes Senior Health & Living.

NAIOP judges evaluated 40 Minnesota projects submitted by NAIOP members and rated them based on project development, function and design, architectural integrity, market feasibility, sustainable attributes, and unique project challenges.

Join us in congratulating all of this year’s nominees and winners.

The Laker Pioneer publication also featured the distinctive award recognition for Cassia’s Haven Homes. The article highlighted below and linked here.

“The design of Haven Homes was heavily influenced by its context and community roots, and Cassia’s desire to create a home that is comfortable, uplifting and promotes quality of life for residents. NAIOP celebrates the true value of collaboration and teamwork, as we worked together to shape and fulfill the vision for Haven Homes,” says Pope Architects’ Christine Soma, AIA.
