The Linden opens for residents

The Linden, a new luxury rental for 55+ opened in Mendota Heights, MN. The community was developed by Grand Real Estate Advisors, and was specifically designed to create a high-end destination with amenities and features for active lifestyles.
The new complex features 48 apartments that are enhanced with amenities like a large community room with full kitchen, rooftop deck, grilling station, fitness center and golf simulator. Check out more features of the community on our project feature page.

“This new building will allow Mendota Heights residents to live within walking distance of restaurants and our retail center. This will help alleviate the shortage of housing stock. Empty nesters will have the opportunity to downsize while remaining in our community,” said Mayor Stephanie Levine.
A highlight for the whole community is a new full-service restaurant called The Copperfield, opened by Hightop Hospitality, that is designed on the first floor of The Linden. The restaurant will serve breakfast, offer specialty coffees, feature a grab-and-go counter, source local fish, poultry and meats, and provide full takeout and delivery options.
