The Linden features 48 units and is enhanced with amenities like a state-of-the-art golf simulator, large wellness/fitness center, heated parking, and a spacious community room with a full kitchen, rooftop deck, and a grilling station.
The main level of the building features a family-friendly restaurant called The Copperfield, owned by local restaurateur Paul Dzubnar with Hightop Hospitality. The restaurant is a much-anticipated destination for the local community with a large outdoor patio and full menu.
