Pope Architects lands its first Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal Best Places to Work award this year. The firm offers flexible hours, profit sharing, a variety of company events throughout the year and professional development opportunities.
The “2020 Best Places to Work” list features a group of businesses that create an exceptional work environment according to their employees. To determine award recipients, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal surveyed employees on a range of workplace dimensions, including company culture, communication efforts, leadership and benefits. To qualify for the award, a company must have at least 10 full-time employees in the Twin Cities metro area or 1,000 employees in Minnesota.
Pope Architects is based in St. Paul, Minnesota with an office of over 75 professionals providing architectural and interior design services to organizations throughout the country.
The company’s President Ward Isaacson, AIA outlined some of the company’s benefits, and most importantly, a commitment to doing fulfilling work.
