New life for historic St. Paul building

A nearly 150 year-old industrial building in the Lowertown area of St. Paul is in the works to be transformed into a mixed use development.

Commercial Investors Group is redeveloping the historic building into the apartments — Lofts at Fourth Street Station — above restaurants, yoga studio and speakeasy, and just steps from the Green Line light rail.
