Meritex redeveloping Highcrest Road site with two spec industrial buildings

Meritex will start demolition of an existing industrial structure next week to make way for a new state-of-the-art, two building distribution campus.

Pope Architects is the architect on the new Highcrest II and III, which is adjacent to the new Highcrest Distribution Center completed in 2015.

Each building will be 144,000 sq. ft. with 32-foot clear height. The site offers close proximity to Interstate 35W, Highway 36 and Highway 280.
