PrairieCare Medical Group’s Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Facilities offer outpatient and partial hospital program services for youth, as well as adult and family outpatient mental health clinic services. The Minnesota locations include Brooklyn Park, Chaska, Edina, Maplewood, Rochester and Woodbury.
Each clinic was designed by Pope Design Group and includes group therapy rooms, patient therapy, classrooms, and open group areas. The interior design creates an environment that puts the patient population and their families at ease.
