Highcrest I is a distribution center designed and built on the former Highcrest Park property, completed in 2015. The 130,000 sq. ft. building takes advantage of the existing railroad access along the east edge of the property. The 32-foot clear height building provides truck access along the building’s west face with flow through access to the rail on the east face.
A few years later, Meritex developed Highcrest II & III on the adjacent property. These two state-of-the-art speculative bulk-distribution buildings are each 144,000 sq. ft.. The development followed the acquisition and demolition of a 360,000 sq. ft. industrial property, formerly known as the Minnesota Technology Exchange building.
The sister buildings share a 180-foot-deep truck court and are designed with flexibility for single and multi-tenant opportunities with 40-by-50-foot column spacing, 32-foot clear heights, 52 dock-high doors, and six curtain wall entrances.
Highcrest II & III were honored as one of the Finance & Commerce Top Projects of 2018.
