Pope Design Group partnered with Ryan Companies US, Inc. in 2005 to design and construct a new Polaris Product Development Center in Wyoming, Minnesota, that provides a flexible, efficient, and dynamic engineering environment for Polaris team members. The facility includes office, training, conference, product development, testing, and support spaces, and achieved LEED® Certification from the USGBC.
Polaris continued to grow and needed to expand the facility. Polaris engaged the same team to design and build a 156,000 sq. ft. expansion, completed in 2013. The expansion more than doubles the size of the existing facility and features more office space, testing and showcase areas, as well as an enhanced visitor center that celebrates Polaris brand, history and engineering innovation.
